| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials to remove and properly dispose of oily waste (fuel/lubricant/water >5% with particulate) from a frac tank located at B-25 pier, within Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The frac tank, shall be clean, empty and rendered dry upon completion of oily waste disposal. Following oily waste removal, the Contractor shall ensure disposal will be in accordance with local, State, and Federal environmental regulations |
