Project consists of a new national chain grocery store and adjacent retail of approximately 11,250 square feet. Grading is anticipated to begin February 2023 and building construction is anticipated to begin on the grocery building no later than May 8, 2023. PLEASE NOTE: -All on- and off-site work, including civil, utilities, landscaping and irrigation are part of this bid. Within the civil plans, a portion of the work is delineated and shown as *Enroad Center* plans. This scope of work will need to be broken out as provided for on the Sitework Schedule of Values. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder.
