Description

As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information Market Survey Market Survey for upcoming requirement for the replacement of the Tactical Communications (TACCOM) tower and existing shelter in Republic, WA (Klondike). The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals currently. The responses will be used to develop the source list for this requirement. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submissions solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from small businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms, capable of providing the services outlined in the Statement of Work. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition exists to set-aside competition among small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to the market survey. This FAA currently estimates this project should cost between $475K- $575K; however, please note the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this announcement is in DRAFT format at this time and subject to change as a result of ongoing market research efforts. Provide a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. To make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Statement of Capability and Interest- This document should identify; A statement of interest that your company would likely bid on this project if a solicitation was released; please identify any missing information or clarification needed for best possible pricing purposes Provision of services as listed in the draft Statement of Work that have been provided by your firm for similar efforts Please clearly state if your company can perform all requirements listed in the SOW. Size and type of services provided by previous contracts (elaborate and provide detailed information and past performances Number of years in business 2. Rough Order of Magnitude (a ballpark estimate for the FAA's budgetary planning purposes) for the services described in the requirement.
