| Description | Purpose/Background Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) currently operates over 908 residential units at 61 properties and is planning capital improvement projects at several of the properties. BCHA is seeking contractors to perform general contracting work as these projects are identified. Engineering firms selected will work with BCHA and our subcontractors for varying projects, including mechanical, structural, and civil engineering. Locations are spread throughout Lyons, Longmont, Niwot, Gunbarrel, Lafayette, Louisville, and Nederland. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract. Specifications and a sample contract are attached. All SOQs must be received and time and date recorded by authorized county staff by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the proposer to see that their SOQ response is received on time at the stated location(s). Any responses received after due date and time will be returned to the proposer.
