| Description | The Contractor shall provide a hydronic design and complete addition and installation of a wet pipe sprinkler system covering the underside north mezzanine (approximately 3,200SF) inside Building 3453 high-bay. The contractor performing work as specified in this SOW shall be under the supervision of and certified Fire Protection Specialist who is an individual registered Professional Engineer and who has passed the fire protection design certification. This shall be an addition to the existing wet pipe automatic fire sprinkler system and shall be complete and a fully operational system, tested and certified in accordance with all safety and codes. Provide and install new the appropriate water pipe, pipe fittings, sprinklers, hangers, accessories to the Automatic Fire Sprinkler System. |
