Curb and Gutter Installation

This Contract is to provide the Maryland State Highway Administration installation of new curb and gutter at the Eastern end of the I-68 Eastbound Off Ramp at Exit 22, Chestnut Ridge Road Grantsville, MD 21536. Vendors are responsible for assuring that their bids are delivered to the specified location before the deadline for receipt of bids, including those delivered by U.S. Postal Service. Oral, fax, telegraphic, mailgram or E-mail bids will not be accepted. Bids, requests for withdraws, and modifications not received by the time and at the place indicated are late and may only be considered in accordance with COMAR 21.05.02.10. All Requests for Information must be submitted in writing to the CM no later than Monday April 24, 2023 by 1:00PM; via fax to 301-729-6968 or email DMcKenzie1@sha.state.md.us. This Contract is intended to be executed immediately and work to begin within 30 days of award and shall be continuous with completion by Friday June 16, 2023. The CM for this contract shall be Dan McKenzie, Area Engineer, and he may be reached at 301- 729-8461 or via e-mail at DMcKenzie1@sha.state.md.us. The Contract Manager may appoint other authorized representatives to call in the event of his absence.
