Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mexican Spgs, New Mexico. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot municipal facility. Plan, design and construct intergovernmental administration complex (10,000 SF; metal frame/concrete on grade building). The Chapter Staff will work with Navajo Nation Design and Engineering and contractor to complete the administration complex. Phase I consist of the planning for the project and will take 12 months. Phase II will consist of the design and will take 12 months. Phase III consist of the construction of the administration complex and and will take 7 months to completed the exterior. Phase IV will consist of the interior construction of the project and will take 7 months. Phase V will consist of the construction of the roads for project area and will take 7 months. The Chapter has secured the land and will own, operate and maintain the building. The Navajo Nation will be the fiscal agent. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
