| Description | providing all labor, materials, equipment, and any other items necessary to replace the roof of the Bartram Library located at 60 Davis Pond Blvd, St Johns, FL 32259. The roof area is approximately +/- 190 squares (approximately 19,000 square feet), with a 6/12 roof pitch. The total area and roof pitch are to be verified by the awarded contractor. The roof is currently concrete shingles and must be replaced with a 30 year architectural asphalt shingle. The existing roof must be stripped down to the existing roof deck. The roof deck must be inspected, nailed to current building code, peel and stick underlayment applied, new aluminum flashing/edge metals installed, new asphalt shingles installed, and warranty approved by roofing material manufacturer and submitted to SJC Facilities Management. |
