Description

This Solicitation is an Invitation for Bids for the 142d Wing, Oregon Air National Guard, Portland, OR. Please refer to the attached solicitation for all details. Projects TQKD209002, B235 ADAL CORROSION CONTROL: Work shall be performed in accordance w iith the plans and specifications dated APRIL 2023. This project is being solicited as an 100% competitive 8(a) - w ith the intent to aw ard a firm fixed-price contract for construction. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available.Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the Invitation for Bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the Size Standard is $45,000,000.00. The of this project is betw een $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. A Pre-Bid Conference and are scheduled. See Section 00100 and FAR Clause 52.236-27 for details. In accordance w ith FAR clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, a bid is required w ith the proposal. PN-D3250108 : The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to: 2.1.1. Alter Building 235 for 6,500 SF addition to include exterior wall assembly for new door, electrical system upgrades, and communication spicing. 2.1.2. Demolition and re. Remove and relocate fence and underground utilities. Remove existing eastern side window glazing, vegetation, and existing concrete curb. Upon exercise of option, contractor shall demolish Building 240, which contains 2,800 square feet Bids may be hand-delivered to MSgt Dow ling without base access prior to 15 December 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Please coordinate via email or phone at 503-335-4486. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
