This project is being solicited as an 100% competitive 8(a) - w ith the intent to aw ard a firm fixed-price contract for construction. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available.Aw ard w ill be made to the responsible bidder w hose bid conforms to the Invitation for Bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
