Description

The Town of Dexter will design and construct water system improvements in Dexter, Chaves County, NM; Latitude 33.197533300; Longitude -104.3781263700. These improvements will be on Lincoln Ave. 1st St. to alley south of Cazier Street; 1st St. railroad to alley east of Lincoln Ave.; alley North of 1st St. Railroad to Lincoln Ave. These improvements consist of: mobilization; removal of structures and obstructions; railroad permit; approximately 2 fire hydrants; 2720 lf of 6 C900 PVC waterlines; 5 tie to existing waterline; 11 6 gate valves and valve boxes; 175 lf 16 casing and jack and bore; 1250 sy pavement patching; 18 lf 36 valley gutter; 30 lf curb and gutter; 15 sy drive pad 6 ; 10 sy concrete sidewalk 4 ; traffic control management; traffic control devices for construction; construction staking; testing allowance and other related work associated with the project at Town Hall,This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the state of New Mexico Small Cities' Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
