Description

Provide and Install flooring. Work for this project is substantially an aesthetics upgrade with most of the work not requiring a permit per IBC Section 105.2 Building Item 7. Levels 1, 2, 5, and 6 – The scope of work only includes the removal and replacement of flooring and wall base. Levels 3 and 4 – The scope of work includes the following: 1. Removal and replacement of flooring and wall base. 2. Wall repair and repainting. 3. Removal and replacement of casework and countertops with minor adjustments to some of the casework and countertops. 4. The change out of one sink from counter-mounted to wall-mounted. 5. Modifications to data and electrical in a few rooms. 6. Removal of sliding transaction windows at 4 of the check-in desks. 7. Partial removal of 2 wing walls and repair of adjacent walls on Level 4.
