Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Daniel Callahan Procurement Analyst Email: daniel.callahan@raleighnc.gov The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh Department of Transportation/Field Services proposes to contract services for hauling loose leaves from five temporary dump sites (Hertz Dr, 100 New Bern Ave, 151 Water Works St, 4600 Lake Boone Tr, and 6100 Thornton Rd) to the disposal site at 3082 Gresham Lake Rd. The successful proposer shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work required for transportation of loose-leaf services. Deadline for Written Questions November 14, 2022 City Response to Questions (anticipated) November 17, 2022 All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing (via email) to the following individual: Daniel Callahan Daniel.callahan@raleighnc.gov The Contract shall have an initial term of two (2) years, beginning on the date of the Contract award (the "Effective Date"). At the end of the Contract's current term, the City shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to a total of one (1) additional one-year terms.
