Description

Hauling services shall be provided for each neighborhood cleanup using compactor trucks, dumpsters (roll-off containers) or a combination of both compactor trucks and dumpsters. The bid shall include the cost to the City, broken down into four categories: (1) delivery charge of equipment to the cleanup site, (2) rate per hour for driver, (3) the haul and disposal charge for taking the waste to the transfer station, and (4) any special disposal fees. The Contractor shall provide sufficient compactor trucks to comply with all neighborhood cleanup requests. Compactor trucks shall be in good operating condition and have a minimum capacity of 20 cubic yards. All compactor trucks are to have a current City of Wichita Solid Waste Decal prior to starting the neighborhood cleanup program
