Description

Project consists of a new pre-engineered building that will serve as a new city pavilion. Work includes three cupola structures and a standing seam metal roof. PLEASE NOTE: This bid for furnishing the pre-engineered building ONLY, out of concern for lead times. Future bids will include remaining trades for this project. All material and freight for the pre engineered metal building on the project will be under one (1) prime contract with the Owner or its assignee based on bids received. The work to be performed and the bid to be submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all related materials and freight so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the project out indicated within the construction documents. As of August 15, 2022, the supplier of the pre-engineered building has been awarded.
