| Description | Furnish and install (1) one replacement Microprocessor controlled, twin-screw compressor, air-cooled, liquid chiller York Model YCIV0157-0397 or equal, including but not limited to: Complete chiller package including all labor, materials, hoisting, equipment, freight, testing, accessories, training and commissioning, compete as installed. Unhook all services from failed chiller and prepare for safe removal. Utilizing contractor furnished crane, remove chiller and legally dispose of off-site.
