Design Services for Improvements to Kennedy Park Pool House

1. Evaluate the existing building shell (roof, walls, doors, and windows, etc.) to determine scope of work. 2. Design new interior floor plan to accommodate 2 family changing rooms with private toilets and shower. Reconfigure existing men’s locker room, women’s locker room, guard room, storage area and/or mechanical room to maximize usable space. 3. Evaluate the existing interior components (ceiling, walls, floors and fixtures, etc.) to determine scope of work. 4. Evaluate New Bathroom Facility’s plumbing and mechanicals are to be all electric with the energy efficient equipment eliminating the need for any fossil fuel equipment. Some of the floor drains have been disconnected and abandon and will need to be replaced. 5. This is a seasonal building and winterization of plumbing lines will need to be considered. Lines pitched back to a central low point and an air connection installed for blowing lines out. 6. the existing site conditions to determine the scope of work 7. Building and adjacent site must designed to ADA Compliance. 8. Submit all paperwork required by local, state and/or federal agencies for available incentives and grants. 9. Conformance to all Federal, State and local codes.
