Florida - Georgia Water Main Project and Kiner - Gleada Water Main Project

The project consists of the installation of approximately 960 linear feet of 6-inch diameter PVC, AWWA C900 (DR-14) water pipeline, 10,250 square feet of alley pavement replacement, and reconstruction of alley approaches and cross gutter within the alley west of Florida Street between Lincoln Ave and Indianapolis Ave. The project will also consist of the installation of approximately 285 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC, AWWA C900 (DR-18) water pipeline within Georgia St between Knoxville Ave and Joliet Ave. Kiner-Gleada Water Main Improvement Project (CC 1664): The project consists of the installation of approximately 1,270 linear feet of new 8-inch diameter AWWA C900 DR14 water pipeline, fittings, and appurtenances, reconnection to existing mains, new water services, and abandonment of old water mains and services in Kiner Drive and Gleada Lane, including trench pavement restoration and slurry sealing curb-to-curb within project limits.
