1. Middle School South: 6,700 SF addition that includes new Music, Band, and Practice Rooms; and 5,110 SF of renovation work that includes Music/Choir Rooms, and STEAM Labs. Alternates include 11,000 square feet of renovations in the existing Locker Rooms, Kitchen, and Main Office. 2. Aspen Elementary: Mechanical system upgrade in an existing classroom wing, with associated floor and ceiling finish upgrades. Alternates include new lighting in an existing classroom wing, replacement of existing clerestory glazing systems, and re-roofing work at an existing entrance.
