HVAC Maintenance

The objective is to provide overall system maintenance of the headhouse and greenhouse heating and cooling generating systems to preserve what we have until it can be replaced. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall rewire the controls back to manufacturers’ specifications, as required. Then, the contractor shall perform manufacture specified maintenance for the boilers, boiler pumps, boiler pump variable frequency drives, chemical feedwater, expansion tank, air separator, condenser, flue, and building automation control. It is assumed that once the controls are rewired, the manufacturer’s specified maintenance actions can be performed. If the conditions are different than assumed, the contract will be modified to address the differing site condition. Similarly, if a component needs to be repaired or replaced during the maintenance process, the contract will be modified to address this unknown, differing site condition.
