Description

1. This Contract is for the replacement of Stair No. 2 at the Reisterstown Plaza Metro Station and the repair and replacement of sections of concrete plaza, sidewalks, pavement and handicapped ramps to maintain ADA passage from offsite and parking to the elevator 2. The work involves, but is not limited to: Integral steel stringers with cast-in-place concrete stair treads/risers and landings, granite treads to be installed after the concrete has cured, railing assembly maintenance of traffic; erosion & sediment control; removal of wheel stops, signs and asphalt paving; construction of signs, and pavement markings; excavation; graded aggregate base; asphalt pavement; curbs; curb & gutter; granite curb replacement; wheel stops, sidewalk repairs; and brick paver replacement.
