Managed IT Infrastructure and Services

HQ USSOCOM is seeking information from qualified sources to understand the capabilities available relevant to Managed Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Services. The Government seeks managed solutions that can efficiently and effectively host USSOCOM’s SOFNET core services supporting 70,000+ users around the world as well as SOF’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning requirements. Services will be hosted in SOF’s NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and SOCRATES on premise garrison, tactical, and commercial cloud enclaves. The scope of this effort includes: core services currently hosted on SOFNET and commercial cloud; configuration of network and network security controls when proper Application Program Interfaces (API) are exposed; and identification of interactions within the application system and to external systems when needed network traffic is made available for analysis. This effort assumes the use of vendor-provided hardware/software and relevant analytic capabilities.
