Plans call for a gas station/convenience store. The project site is located on Alta Mesa & Hulen Drive. As of March 7, 2023, a general contractor award has been announced. Direct all bids/inquiries to the bidding general contractors. The owner requests no email or phone inquiries. Question On the bid form under site specifics #4 include cost for all rock removal and disposal below 717' and under materials unit pricing rock removal and disposal above elevation 717' per CY'. The Geo Report shows the rock elevations in the boring logs, but we cannot find where on the plans or in the report where elevation 717' is. The grading plan shows existing elevations around 825 +/-. Clarify Answer Apologies for another bid form oversight. This was a carryover from the #8624 project. This elevation should be 837', which is 2 feet below the highest current elevation and is in accordance with the Geotech report. The bid form has been updated with the other corrections and will be posted after the pre-bid call today.
