Description

The CDBG Long Ranch Pedestrian Access Ramps Phase 2 Project consists of replacement of concrete sidewalk aprons to include detectable warning plates, adjacent asphalt pathway transitions, curb and gutter, cross drains, one section of keystone wall and guardrail, concrete drainage swales and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. The Contractor will be responsible for site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
