Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase II

The project consists of approximately 1,328 linear feet of 6-inch (6”) cured in place pipe (CIPP) sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 12,280 linear feet of 8-inch (8”) CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 3,516 linear feet of 10-inch (10”) CIPP sanitary sewer rehabilitation; 239 sanitary sewer service reconnections; and various repairs to 140 sanitary sewer manholes including 527 vertical feet of grout and epoxy manhole rehabilitation. The project is located in Kleinwood Municipal Utility District, Harris County, Texas approximately 20 miles north of the Central Business District (CBD) of the city of Houston. The District is generally bounded to the north by Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 24 and Harris County Water Control & Improvements District No. 114, to the south by Cypress Creek, to the west by Cypress Forest Public Utility District, and to the east by Stuebner Airline Road.
