| Description | The District is seeking bids to enhance its existing wireless from a qualified Network Service Provider at approximately (75) district locations on the District network. The district has deployed Aruba wireless systems in a primarily 1 AP per classroom and offices, and 2 AP in high density rooms, such as a library and cafeteria in approximately 3,700 locations. The district is looking to enhance its overall wireless system to include up to 5,200 AP locations in total. The existing overall system includes wireless controllers/gateways along with Aruba Airwave management system. The wireless traffic is split between local bridge mode and tunnel back to the controllers/gateways. The district is looking to purchase perpetual licenses per the attached parts list and optionally review pricing options for Aruba Central - cloud (not on-prem) licensing.
