2018 FY CDBG Pave Project - Phase 2, which includes, but is not limited to, the following items: pavement milling; pavement base repair with 6" of 2A Stone and 4" of Superpave Base Course, 25mm WMA; 2" Superpave Binder Course, 19mm WMA; Superpave Leveling/Scratch Course, 9.5mm WMA; Bituminous Flared Edge; 1 ^" Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm WMA, etc., all as required for each instance for the various street/work areas.
