Description

**As of August 8, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work for this contract consists of rehabilitation of the Demarest Kill Dam. The work includes removal and replacement of the spillway, leveling and filling the dam crest, vegetation removal, installation of a steel sheet pile wall with tie backs in the existing embankment, removal of the existing masonry wall at the downstream embankment, installation of a cast-in-place concrete wall on the downstream embankment, installation of pre-cast box culvert, and installation of a straight drop stilling basin with rip-rap stone at the base of the culvert.
