| Description | Berkeley County is requesting proposals to replace damaged/missing areas of asphalt at the Central Berkeley Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor will need to remove approximately 12000 square feet of rock/FLBC roadway down to sub pavement grade and resurface these areas at the facility. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, and equipment. This Proposal does not commit Berkeley County to award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Proposal or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to reject any or all Bids received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
