Site Directions: The Project is located along the anticipated western extension of 143rd Street, from west of Steiner Road to Ridge Road, within unincorporated Will County and Kendall County Water Utilities, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Excavation, Stormwater Improvements, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the completion of roadway construction, pavement widening and resurfacing, drainage culverts, watermain, traffic signals; landscaping; and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work in accordance with the Plans, Standard Specifications, and these Special Provisions.
