Description

The work involved will include the following: Schedule I -Construct New Aviation Fuel Facility Schedule II -Relocate Self-Serve Dispenser and Tank Schedule III -Partially Remove and Decommission Existing Fuel FacilityBid Alternate No. 1 -SAF Tanks Bid Alternate No. 2 -De-Fuel Tank Below is a summary of the major equipment the will be acquired and installed duringthis project in the new fuel farm facility:-Two,30KGallon SAF Tanks-Four, 30K Gallon Jet-A Tanks-Two, 20K Gallon Jet-A Defuel Tanks-One, 12K Gallon AvGas Bid Conditions.The bidder is required to provide all information as required within the Contract Documents. The bidder is required to bid on all items of every schedule or as otherwise detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.Bids may be held by Salina Airport Authorityfor a period not to exceed 90 calendardays from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.The right is reserved, as Salina Airport Authoritymay require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.All questions regarding the bid are to be directed to Alex Nodichwith Jviation, A Woolpert Company, atalex.nodich@woolpert.com.
