| Description | Maintenance and repairs, including labor and materials to prepare the Recreation Park, Walton Street and Malvern Hills Pools for the 2019 swim season. A. Recreation Park Pool, 68 Gashes Creek Road, 28805: 1. labor and materials to prepare pool for the swim season 2. patch areas of pool floor, walls and gutter using white plaster mixed with bonding additives 3. repaint areas in shallow end and add non skid material to paint 4. remove areas of pool floor/walls that have delaminated and are structurally unsound, replace/repaint/touch up depth markers as needed. 5. remove areas of cracked and damaged plaster under stainless steel gutter 6. patch areas under gutters with white plaster and fast setting (white) hydraulic cement 7. provide and set black 2"x2" tiles where needed to repair touch crosses and remove and replace caulk along expansion joints. 8. remove and replace main drain covers per VGB requirements B. Walton Street Pool, 570 Walton Street, 28802: 1. labor and materials to prepare pool for the swim season 2. drain and clean pool interior surfaces 3. add non-skid material to paint on pool steps. 4. patch areas of pool floor, walls and gutter using white plaster mixed with bonding additives 5. repaint areas in shallow end and add non skid material to paint 6. remove areas of pool floor/walls that have delaminated and are structurally unsound, replace/repaint/touch up depth markers as needed. 7. remove and replace main drain covers per VGB requirements C.
