| Description | The work involves the installation of new bleachers and renovating the press box. Summary of Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Remove existing bleachers and replace with new telescopic bleachers as shown in drawings fully automated with motor driven system for opening and closing bleachers. 2. Repair or repaint any damaged areas exposed by bleacher reconfiguration. New bleachers to include stairs and landings to existing press box. Provide necessary electrical connections for new bleachers. 3. Renovate the existing press box, including new doors, door hardware, finish floor, countertop, built-in cabinets, maintenance repainting, and electrical work. |
