Schlage Security Locks

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain competitive bids for a vendor to furnish and deliver security classroom function locks to the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD), Salt Lake City, Utah per the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. This solicitation is for furnishing and delivering the locks. No installation is included on this procurement. Bid price shall be FOB Destination. Bidders must include all shipment, delivery, handling and other charges in total lump sum bid price. The items required are listed in the item section below. For standardization purposes, the locks must be Schlage models as specified herein. No other manufacturers are acceptable for this application. Total lump sum bid price is to be entered in the item section. Pay close attention to the specifications contained in the item section. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the vendor who provides the best lump sum price. All items are to be delivered in the quantities specified to the SLCSD Warehouse, 995 W. Beardsley (2480 South), Salt Lake City, Utah. The solicitation number for this procurement is TB2333-DL . This number must be referenced on all bids, correspondence, and documentation relating to this IFB. BE SURE to enter vendor's information on the SLCSD IFB Form. The solicitation will end at the closing time listed in the IFB.
