Description

Phase I - Renovate the existing north half of the facility that was the former apparatus bays and fire station portions of the building to include the new elevator as much as possible and the new opening between the Elevator Lobby 117 and Gathering 120. Phase II – Once Phase I is complete the Clerk’s Office operation will temporarily move into the newly renovated space completed in Phase I. Complete the remaining renovations of the Clerk’s Office and City Hall in the south portion of the building .
