Arthur Kill Terminal Package A, B, C, D & E

Package A, B, C, D & E The scope of the Work is divided into five (5) Packages. Proposers may submit Proposals to perform all of the Packages or as few as one (1) Package. The Owner may award one or more Agreements to one or more successful Proposers to perform the Work. The Owner reserves the right, before or after the Proposal Submission Deadline, to request any further information it may deem, in its sole and absolute discretion, necessary to evaluate the Proposal, including any additional technical, commercial or financial information necessary for the appraisal of a Proposal. Additionally, the Owner reserves the right to discuss, at any time, any exceptions raised by a Proposer and may, at any time and at the Owner's sole and absolute discretion, request that a Proposer resubmit its Proposal (including a proposed final form of the Agreement) in order to confirm and restate such Proposer's latest and best position in respect to any exceptions or proposed changes and the terms of its Proposal.
