| Description | To establish a contract with the successful Offeror to provide custodial services at Poquoson City Public Schools’ four (4) schools. Currently, Poquoson Middle School is under renovation until approximately January 2023. Until the renovation is complete, Poquoson Middle School will not require cleaning, instead 2 classroom trailers and 1 restroom trailer will need to be cleaned. The football stadium, located behind Poquoson Middle School, which includes 1 restroom trailer, 1 concession stand, 1 wrestling room, 2 team rooms, and 2 sets of bleachers along with the grounds and trash will need to be cleaned upon each use. |
