Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements

The work generally consists of pavement mill and overlaying 1.81 miles of public streets across 9 subdivision within the City of Ramsey. The work is estimated to include: 35,377 square yards of bituminous pavement milling, 3,991 tons of bituminous pavement, 1,018 square yards of bituminous pavement patching, 289 lineal feet of concrete curb & gutter, 2,618 lineal feet of pavement marking, and Miscellaneous other improvements. Neighborhood Pavement Overlay Improvements, which proposes to overlay 1.81 miles of bituminous pavement on numerous neighborhood street segments within the following developments. Property owners will not be assessed for any of the costs for these improvements.
