| Description | Provide Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of Elevators for the following Georgia State University campus locations: downtown Atlanta Campus, Clarkston, Decatur, Dunwoody, Newton, and Alpharetta Campuses. The supplier shall furnish all supplies, materials, maintenance, service, vehicles, labor, labor supervision, tools, test equipment, special equipment, parts and lubricants necessary to provide full preventive maintenance, adjustments, replacement and repair service for the complete vertical transportation systems in referenced buildings. Sites: Site 1 - Petit Science Center - 145 Piedmont Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30303. We will meet on the outside of the building by the front glass doors entrance lobby.
