FSU Research Complex Reroofing

Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the reroofing of the FSU Research Complex. The work includes; cleaning the existing sloped metal roofing system, refastening and sealing all exposed perimeter fasteners, raising existing rooftop equipment, vents and VTRs to minimum 10”above finished roof surface, installing 3” rigid insulation board in pan of roof between each seam and mechanically fastening 2” of rigid insulation board to create a level surface, fully adhering a ½”high density cover board to meet current FBC wind uplift requirements, installing an 60 mil KEE single ply roofing with 60 mil KEE flashing system to provide a manufacturer’s 20 year NDL warranty. New roofing system to roof-over existing roof drainage system and the work also to includes; cutting out new scupper openings, installing new prefinished aluminum collector head and downspout and enlarging existing overflow scuppers, installing new prefinished aluminum gutter and downspouts, and replace the existing metal coping with new prefinished aluminum coping.
