Crab Orchard HS HVAC & Roof Replacement

Replacement of five HVAC roof top units and approximately 33,740 square feet of roof replacement. Work under alternate bids includes replacement of a fluid cooler and approximately 11,835 square feet of roof replacement. HVAC work also includes replacement of associated pumps and controls, installation of new roof curbs, new gas lines, and all necessary modifications to roof and wall openings, ceilings, existing duct work, and all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Roof demolition work includes removal and disposal of existing PIB roofing membrane system and insulation down to the existing roof deck to remain including gutters, sheet metal trim/flashing, temporary removal of mechanical and electrical equipment, and other miscellaneous associated roof items. New roofing work consists of new TPO membrane system over new, cover board, insulation and vapor barrier, new wood framing/blocking, new sheet metal flashing, new gutters, new roof ladders, as well as other associated roof items.
