| Description | The Control Building consists of four different roof levels. Roof levels 3 and 4 will be replaced under this contract. Roof levels 3 and 4 total approximately 3,400 square feet including the parapit walls. The old roofing system on levels 3 and 4 is to be removed and new cold applied, modified bituminous membrane roofing systems are to be installed per the specifications for this contract. |
