Description

This work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and material required to complete the upgrade of the Administration/Laboratory Building HVAC system. This consists of all work (including, but not limited to removing and replacing existing chiller with ACCUs and removing/replacing existing air handlers, duct work, process piping, electrical panels, pumps and associated appurtenances) to install and commission a complete operational system. Note: The project scope has been updated since it was last bid in October 2020.
