Tree Planting

Spring 2022 tree planting. Around 50 bare root trees shall be installed in mid to late April 2022. The focus will be on two planting areas near Foxfire Drive and the Waupaca Industrial Park on the east side of the City. The City shall order and supply all trees and mark approximate planting sites. The Contractor shall schedule planting with tree delivery and be planted within 24 hours of arrival unless other arrangements are made. Addresses will be provided and locates are the responsibility of the contractor. Maps of approximate planting sites are included. Planting sites are approximate and may be subject to change. All trees shall be mulched and staked to maintain plumb. All trees to be planted shall be bare root 1.5-1.75 caliper. Mulch will be available for contractor to be picked up at a local vendor and the City will pay for mulch directly to vendor.
