MZ3 Replacement Project

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338 is currently accepting sealed Invitation to Bid (ITBs) from qualified Contractors per NRS 338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada to perform a complete replacement of an existing roof-mounted, multi-zone mechanical unit, or the MZ3 Replacement (Project) at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, and ancillary work associated with the Project, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled MZ3 Replacement Project. Your Supplier Registration profile will be shared with all participating government entities. The RTAA in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
