| Description | The project consists of a concrete lined channel that is approx. 1450 feet in length that conveys a 100-year flow of 1846 cfs.The channel will tie into the existing box culverts under Horizon Ridge Parkway at the upstream end and tie into the existing box culverts under Siena Heights Dr. at the downstream end. This project is included in the city's FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program.
