It is the responsibility of the bidder to see that any bid submitted shall have sufficient time to be received by the City Secretary's Office prior to the bid opening date and time. The receiving time in the City Secretary's Office will be the governing time for acceptability of the bids. Bids will not be accepted by telephone or facsimile machine.
