Part 1 Part Name: T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run - PE Project Description: Part 1 will consist of preliminary engineering and environmental services for the bridge replacement carrying T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run in Jackson Township, Huntingdon County (BMS# 11-7211-0529-4005). Services for this part will include, but are not limited to the following: Environmental Studies: The project team will be responsible for the preparation of the CEE and all investigations and public involvement required to obtain the necessary National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) approval. Preliminary Engineering Services: Field Surveys, Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study, Waterway Permits, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan, Type, Size, and Location Study, Preliminary Geotechnical Engineering Report, Right of Way Activities; Utility Investigation, Preliminary Drainage Design, Safety Review/Audit, Preliminary Traffic Control Plan, Preliminary Pavement Design, Typical Sections, Design Field View, Public Involvement, Project Scheduling, and Project Management and Coordination. Part 2 Part Name: T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run - FD Project Description: Part 2 will consist of final design services for the replacement of the bridge carrying T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run in Jackson Township, Huntingdon County (BMS# 31-7211-0529-4005). Services for this part will include, but are not limited to the following: Supplemental Surveys; Structure Borings; Final Geotechnical Report; Cross Sections; Right of Way Plan; Final Traffic Control Plan; Utility Engineering; Foundation Design; Final Structure Design; Final Roadway Design; Preliminary and Final Plan Checks; CPM/ Constructability Review; Plans, Specifications, and Estimate Submission; Project Scheduling; Public Involvement; and Project Management and Coordination.Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed. Part 3 Part Name: T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run - CON Project Description: Part 3 will consist of services during construction for the replacement of the bridge replacement carrying T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run in Jackson Township, Huntingdon County (BMS# 31-7211-0529-4005). Services for this part will include, but are not limited to the following: Shop Drawing Review and Construction Consultation.Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed. Part 4 Part Name: T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run - CON INSP Project Description: Part 4 will consist of construction inspection for the replacement of the bridge replacement carrying T-529 Miller Road over Laurel Run in Jackson Township, Huntingdon County (BMS# 31-7211-0529-4005). Project Oversight will be provided by PennDOT with involvement with project stakeholders as needed.
