Description

The project extends on South Franklin Street between the intersection of Snell Street/Norfolk Road on the north and King Road to the south, approximately 2,900 feet. The work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for limited pavement milling and resurfacing, construction of wheelchair ramps and crosswalks, bike lane striping, pavement markings and signage, and one high visibility pedestrian crossing and required work to maintain traffic during construction.
