| Description | John F Kennedy Terrace, 2200 Oneida Street, Joliet - Estimate Sq Ft 14,000 Adlai Stevenson Gardens, 102 Stryker Avenue - Estimate Sq Ft 16,300 The work and services to be covered by this contract is to consist primarily of, but not limited to, the following: 1. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment 2. Tear off storm damaged roof down to existing concrete deck and all metal 3. Install tapered polyisocyanurate insulation per code, in low rise foam adhesive 4. Install fully adhered, 60 mil, black EPDM roof system to match existing 5. All flashings installed per manufacturers specifications 6. Fabricate and install 24gauge prefinished coping/ gravel stop where necessary 7. Provide 15year manufacturers no dollar limit warranty 8. Removal of existing antenna system on main roof and related items and disposal of (HAJ to disconnect from main power supply). Note (John F. Kennedy ONLY) 9. Crane rental included in price |
