Description

Project number - 220916-A06, JNW0027, FAS-S102(066) (1): Job JKU0013 Route Various CASS, CLAY, JACKSON County. Bridge rehabilitation at Various locations in the Kansas City District, the total length of improvement being 1.71 miles. Range: 500K to 750K Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to "Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund", or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year. Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of missouri, acting by and Through the missouri highways and transportation commission", as obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid.
